Bursaries Closing In January 2024 – If you are a South African student in need of financial aid for your tertiary studies in 2024, a bursary is an excellent option. Bursaries are typically awarded to students who demonstrate financial need, a strong academic record, and a commitment to their studies.
SA Bursaries, South Africa’s largest bursary website, has compiled a list of bursaries that are currently open for application and will close in January 2024. Please note that you should not apply for these bursaries after the stipulated closing date.

To be eligible for a bursary, you must be a South African citizen (unless otherwise specified) and have either completed Matric or be currently in Matric. You will also need to demonstrate excellent academic results and financial need.
