FirstRand Foundation Bursary Application 2024/2025 – here you will find details and directions of how to apply for the FirstRand Bursary 2024/2025. Your application must reach FirstRand before the closing date indicated below.
FirstRand bursary invites application from students who wish to enroll or are already enrolled for an undergraduate qualification. You must be undertaking a course which falls under one of the study fields listed below.
FIRSTRAND FOUNDATION BURSARY ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
In order for your application to be considered by FirsRand Foundation, you must meet the following criteria:
- Applicants must be a South African citizen
- Applicants must be Black (African, Coloured, Indian, Asian)
- Applicants for the bursary must NOT be older than 21 years of age in their first year of study
- You must be currently in Grade 12 or have completed Matric within the last 3 years
- Applicants must have achieved a minimum of level 5 for Mathematics in Matric
- Your qualification of choice must fall within the ones below (fields of study)
- Applicants must have applied for and been provisionally admitted to study at a public university in South Africa, in 2024
- Applicants must belong to the “missing middle” group, with a combined gross family income of between R350 000 and R600 000 per annum
