WHAT ARE THE GLENCORE BURSARY REQUIREMENTS?
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be entering the first year of university studies or already be studying at university.
- Be pursuing Mining Engineering.
- Current university students in their first or second year must have achieved an average year mark of at least 60%.
- Submit a comprehensive CV with the required supporting documents.
- Not already receive bursary support from another organisation or company.
Preference is given to applicants residing in local communities where Glencore Coal Operations South Africa operates. Selection also takes the company’s future talent and Employment Equity requirements into account. Shortlisted applicants must undergo assessments and interviews.
