Zutari, one of Africa’s leading engineering consultancies, combines technical expertise with innovative thinking. These are central to solving some of the continent’s biggest challenges. Through this bursary programme, Zutari invests in students by covering key study costs, providing mentorship, and opening doors to a successful career in engineering.

ABOUT ZUTARI

Zutari, previously known as Aurecon, is a leading engineering consultancy and advisory firm. The company officially rebranded as Zutari in July 2020 after Aurecon separated from the Aurecon Group in 2019.

The name “Zutari” is derived from two Swahili words – mzulia (to invent) and nectari (nectar). This name reflects the company’s philosophy of combining creativity and innovation with strong technical and analytical engineering skills.

Zutari works across multiple sectors, providing sustainable solutions and expertise in civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering.
