Eligibility Criteria – Who Should Apply?

Below is the list of requirements you must meet to qualify for the bursary:

  • You must be a South African citizen
  • You must be from communities near Seriti’s operations.
  • Currently enrolled in a degree or diploma (NQF7 level) in one of the listed fields, entering your 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of study in 2026. For Geology or Environmental fields, Honours students are also welcome.
  • Maintain average performance of over 60%.
  • Full-time study is mandatory.
  • Students in bridging or foundation programs, or individuals already receiving funding from another bursary or sponsorship are not eligible.
